三總及榮總等11家醫護人員　參與全國實證護理照護競賽

（軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北廿九日電）臺灣實證護理學會為強化醫療照護服務而舉辦的「全國實證護理照護競賽」今明兩天進行決賽，共有臺北榮民總醫院、三軍總醫院等11家醫院護理人員通過決賽，護理學會表示，希望能藉競賽發掘出更多、更有效率的照護措施。

　決賽上午在臺北榮民總醫院致德樓第一會議室進行，分為「一般」與「主題」兩類型成果發表及優良海報三部分，成果發表依照「問題評估與分析具體實施措施」、「成果評量」及「成效推廣與影響範圍」，選出金、銀、銅、佳作、潛力等得獎作品。

　臺灣實證護理學會指出，此次活動蒐整全國40家醫院、122篇主題分享，期望藉由競賽中的腦力激盪與經驗交流，增進護理人員的實證護理知識及技能，建構實證實務基礎，找到更嚴謹、正確及有效的優質照護方法，提升醫療照護成效。
