大統裁罰18.5億　彰縣府將成立賠償基金

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】衛生福利部重罰大統長基公司18.5億元，執行單位彰化縣衛生局今天下午依據《食品衛生管理法》及《行政罰法》開出裁處書，彰化縣長卓伯源表示，這筆錢入縣庫後將成立大統賠償基金，並請公正人士成立委員會，建構食品安全制度，這18.5億元也將優先作為補償大統受害消費者、盤商、勞工等，未來有任何食安事件，都將比照辦理。

彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯說，衛生局依據《食品衛生管理法》開出的3040萬元罰緩，也併入18.5億元。法制處長簡金晃說，大統長基公司必需在1個月繳交罰款18.5億元，否則將移送行政執行署強制執行。
