林美照撞傷女騎士　北院下月13日宣判

【張欽／台北報導】藝人林美照前年開車，在新北市新店區祥和路不慎撞傷廖姓女騎士致其顱內出血，林被依過失傷害罪起訴，廖女原本求償1700萬元後降至380萬元，但林因只能負擔120萬元而和解破局，台北地院今天開庭，林認罪並請求輕判，法官定11月13日宣判。
 
林美照開庭時告訴法官說：「我承認過失，也感到遺憾，誰都不願發生，很有誠意與對方和解，但金額太多，仍希望能圓滿解決，也希望法官從輕量刑。」

林美照今出庭希望案子能盡快圓滿落幕。張欽攝
