85度C凸槌　麵包藏木塊險吃下肚

【方翊倩／綜合報導】消費者在台北市85度C萬華廣州直營店購買麵包，吃到一半時發現裡頭竟包著一塊長約3公分、寬約1公分的木塊。

《蘋果》報導，民眾投訴，本月5日他於上班途中在萬華區廣州街的85度C買了一塊40元的雜糧麵包，吃到一半突然咬到一塊不明硬物，仔細一看才發現是一塊斷裂的木頭，他當場傻眼，立刻拿著麵包回到店家反映。但該店店長及師傅卻搖頭表示，不知為何麵包中會有木塊，令他十分不滿，忍不住抱怨：「這難道是一間連鎖公司該有的衛生品管嗎？」

對此，業者美食達人公司坦承，麵包製作過程有缺失，已向消費者致歉，承諾會加強人員教育訓練。
