標題:[請益]有沒有人像我一樣？ 時間: Sun Oct 20 12:45:52 2013 請問是否有人像我一樣下班後不喜歡跟同事交際的？ 面對工作，我很認真負責，在公司幾年後被長官提拔為某中心的小組長。最近，我的部門獲得官方肯定，通過重要的認證資格，讓長官非常高興。我也算是重要功臣之一。 部門內的同事想要好好放鬆，計劃了單位假日兩天一夜的旅遊，可以攜家帶眷，長官也同意了。 我是部門內少數未婚的，又擔任管理職。單位的聚餐我會參加，但除此之外，我下班後不會進行跟同事逛街、吃飯之類的活動。我很重視個人隱私跟空間，所以我把私人事物跟工作分的很清楚。我也曾經跟我的長官表明我面對工作的態度與立場，說明我並不適合管理人，我只想把事情做好。 這次的部門旅遊我很不想要參加，讓我感覺到這不是犒賞，反而是辛苦付出後的懲罰。 想請問有沒有人像我一樣曾有這樣的困擾？或是有沒有什麼好建議，讓我可以名正言順的推掉旅遊？ 感謝看完這篇文！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.159.69 ※ 編輯: minicorner 來自: 182.234.159.69 (10/20 12:50)
