網版印刷方面的問題

小弟我初接觸"網版印刷"
也花了點時間研究基本的大都沒問題
現在出現了點問題，要麻煩各位達人幫忙：

1.網版印刷後，油墨要如何加快曬乾??
(我的油墨是油性的，放在大太陽下半天，後來放在室內好幾天都...沒乾...)

2.所使用的油墨，是不是要稀釋比較好?
(產品說明書上，建議直接使用不要稀釋...)

3.使用後的網版及刮刀，要如何清洗??
(用清水及酒精清洗，還是粘在上面而且洗不太掉...)
