精神異常者不得任用為警察警官

內政部11日通過「警察人員人事條例」修正草案，增訂經醫師證明有精神疾病或異常者，不得任用為警察或警官。

內政部11日舉行部務會報，會中通過「警察人員人事條例」部分條文修正草案，做成如上決定。內政部說，這項新增規定，主要是考量警察勤務與業務特殊性，和任用警察人員的實際需要。
