遭批「不肖司法人員」　黃世銘反擊

【綜合報導】立法院長王金平昨晚返國開記者會，重砲轟擊特偵組片面認定事實，指控他涉及司法關說弊案，等同未審先判，不但違反程序正義，更涉及違法濫權，還暗批檢察總長黃世銘是「不肖司法人員」，迫使黃世銘晚上10時再度親上火線，召開記者會逐一反駁王金平的質疑，強調王金平等4人關說行為，屬於行政不法，特偵組公布監聽內容，沒有洩密或違法濫權等問題。
