如果有位在htc工作的員工A 年薪500萬 (根據所得稅規定要用40%的稅率即每再增加1萬元的收入就要繳4000的稅) 如果當時股價在1000塊時公司給A一張股票分紅費用化之後要照實價課稅等於是A多領到的那一張股票隔年就要繳40萬的所得稅如果一拿到股票馬上可以賣出的話還有機會賺個幾十萬結果悲劇的是公司有綁約限定拿到三年後才能賣出三年後股價跌破400元例如只剩200元變成之前為了這張股票繳了40萬的稅結果手上的股票只剩下20萬不到的價值多領股票多賠錢上述情形應該有可能發生吧 ? 怎麼好像很可怕...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.194.15
