【綜合報導】康芮颱風掃台，雨攻南台灣，台南和嘉義多處淹水，新營大雨滂沱，道路變水河，新化更嚴重，滾滾黃水半夜淹家門，民眾驚慌逃，顧不得只穿內褲就衝出家門，他受訪時說：「長褲都來不及穿，就先跑出來了！」

由於雨灌台南，台南上午才宣布下午停班停課，引來民眾不滿，一看到台南市長賴清德就破口大罵：「該休假你不給大家休假，當什麼台南市長？」阿伯見農作受損，忍不住對著賴吼：「你看看浪費了老百姓多少錢！」

南台灣大淹水，氣象局預估最快下午解除陸警，但中南部還是有超大豪雨，千萬別輕忽。
