國民黨青年代表自覺聯盟發函指控中常委選舉爆出期約綁票。國民黨主席馬英九表示，請秘書長曾永權組成專案小組深入了解狀況；若有疑義盡快處置，避免外界對選舉公平性、妥當性引發質疑。

據了解，馬英九要求黨中央以中央委員會名義發公開信給所有黨代表，呼籲黨代表發揮自主性。
