外交異動　高振群調任駐美副代表

【政治中心／台北報導】我駐美人事有新一波異動，外交部表示，駐紐約經濟文化辦事處處長高振群將調任駐美副代表，他的遺缺由駐瑞士台北文化經濟代表團代表章文樑接任。　

高振群畢業於美國喬治華盛頓大學比較法研究所碩士，自民國98年9月擔任駐紐約台北經濟文化辦事處大使銜處長至今。高曾任北美事務協調委員會秘書長、駐印度代表處代表等職務。　

章文樑去年7月上任中華民國駐瑞士代表，是美國喬治華盛頓大學國際事務碩士，過去曾任經濟部經貿談判代表辦公室談判代表、外交部國際組織司司長及APEC資深官員等職。
