電價將在10月調漲！民進黨發言人林俊憲今（27）日表示，今年GDP成長率從當初預估的3.4%下修到「保2」都有問題，人民的生活困苦，調漲電價勢必再讓疲軟的經濟雪上加霜，也呼籲馬政府「拚不了經濟，也不要傷害經濟」。
林俊憲還說，呼籲國民黨立委能向社會證明自己是和民意站在一起，勿聽從「馬意」。
林俊憲指出，去年6月馬總統提出台電、中油經營改善承諾，並稱台電沒有改革就沒有調漲電價的空間，現在宣布10月要第二階段漲電價，「請問馬總統你做到了嗎？績效如何？為何拿不出國營事業改革的成績，卻要全民買單？」
林俊憲表示，政府承諾交付立院審議的電價調整公式，台電迄今仍未提出，這些前提都做不到，現在怎麼有臉漲價？
