索尼和東方明珠合資 登陸推PS

（中央社台北26日電）彭博報導，索尼（Sony Corp.）同意和上海東方明珠集團成立2家合資公司，在中國大陸生產並銷售電玩主機PlayStation。

根據今天在上海證交所發布的公告，索尼將在其中一家合資企業持股70%，另一家持股49%。新聞稿中並未透露，索尼將在大陸推出哪款PlayStation。

在索尼和上海東方明珠宣布合資前。微軟公司（Microsoft Corp. ）和TCL多媒體科技公司（）已在大陸成立合資企業，銷售電玩硬體。

大陸當局今年1月政策大轉彎，解除全國性電玩禁令。大陸政府在2000年祭出電玩禁令，以保護青少年不受敗壞風氣影響。

根據資誠公司（PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP），大陸電玩產業明年將創造約100億美元營收。微軟去年9月和上海東方傳媒集團旗下百視通新媒體公司（CH-600637）成立規模7900萬美元的合資企業。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1030526
