etag若再出問題 考慮中止合約

國道計程收費後etag頻頻出包，引發許多民眾不滿，交通部長葉匡時今天(10號)受訪時表示，如果到年底遠通電收還是出問題，交通部考慮中止合約。(陳葦庭報導)

etag啟用狀況百出，引發許多爭議，交通部長葉匡時日前還說出重話，表示如果再出包就要遠通加倍奉還，而針對遠通表示，遠通提供加倍奉還給個案的年限只到今年底，葉匡時十號表示，加倍奉還只是一種手段，交通部希望達到的是穩定的結果，不要再出錯，而他也相信，遠通基於維護自己形象和聲譽會努力改善，但是如果年底還是出問題，交通部不排除採取終止合約。

葉匡時強調這個BOT案是由前政府簽下的合約，交通部會依法照合約機制來走，絕不會偏袒遠通電收，一定會為民眾的權益來把關。
