亂騎YouBike不得再租　明年元旦實施

【蔡亞樺╱台北報導】超夯的北市公共自行車YouBike亂象多，北市交通局昨公布違規記點辦法，共列出行駛騎樓、闖紅燈、酒駕等15項違規行為，每抓到1次記1點，記3點停權2周不能租借，達到7點註銷會員資格、需另以手機門號再登記才能成為會員；若屬酒駕等惡意行為，直接終止會員資格，明年元旦實施。

全北市共逾4千輛YouBike供使用，已突破千萬使用人次，卻陸續傳出民眾將YouBike騎到武陵等離譜行為，交通局昨宣布YouBike違規記點辦法，加強管理。
