譙「X！警察了不起」　婦人公然侮辱罰2萬

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名33歲游姓女子，日前進出所住大樓時，未隨手關上社區大門，遭同社區任職警察的陳姓住戶當面糾正，游女不爽，當著其他住戶的面幹譙陳警：「幹」、「警察了不起、囂張」陳警不甘受辱提告，宜蘭地院今天將游女依公然侮辱罪判處拘役20天、得易科罰金2萬元。
 
游女雖辯稱當時只是發洩情緒，並非針對陳警，但法官認為，游女早知陳警身份，且「警察了不起、囂張！」顯然是針對陳警所言，且屬於攻擊性的言詞，並非平常玩笑或口頭禪，會使人感覺人格遭受攻擊，絕非純屬發洩情緒之詞。
