北市9月求職人數近五年同期新低

台北市政府勞動局局長陳業鑫指出，從就業服務處的統計資料觀察，今年9月求職人數雖較8月增加113人，但相較去年同期減少847人，下降17.19%，且為近五年同期新低。

陳業鑫說，9月求才人數則較8月減少2615人，相較去年同期減少719人，下降12.8%，平均每個求職者約有1.2個工作機會，勞動市場在畢業季後逐漸趨於穩定，職缺供需接近1比1，對未來景氣變化勞動局將持續關注。

台北市就業服務處表示，9月到各就業服務站辦理初次失業認定的人數為1,199人，較8月的1,544人減少345人，約下降22個百分點， 與去年同期減少105人，顯示非自願性失業有減少的情形，針對有求職需求的民眾，台北市就業服務處仍將持續積極運用各項就業促進工具，提升雇主聘僱意願，並搭配台北市職能發展學院的課程，希望能幫助求職勞工於待業期間儲備職涯能量，以利其迅速返回勞動市場。
