我有委託旅行社代訂機票。
該旅行社原先說可以訂到優惠經濟艙票價，之後又改稱必須訂較貴的經濟艙。
當時我心想，既然要改訂較貴的經濟艙，就乾脆升級到商務艙，而旅行社一開始說可以，但後來又推說訂不到了，仍要我訂先前較貴的經濟艙票價。
對於旅行社一再反覆改變機位的行為，我是否可以申訴或要求旅行社賠償？
