大雨下不停　霧峰中興路積水

【蔡智銘／台中報導】康芮颱風帶來豪大雨，台中市今天上午大雨不斷，造成霧峰區中興路、成功路口一帶積水，水深超過10公分。民眾表示，大雨來得又快又急，排水溝來不及宣洩，一下子就淹起來，。所幸中午過後，雨勢漸緩，積水才逐漸消退。
